Nutrea is committed to getting your order prepared and on its way as promptly as possible.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days following successful payment. During high-volume periods such as sales events, promotional campaigns, or holidays, processing may extend to up to 5 business days.
All orders are handled Monday through Friday. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from processing schedules.
Estimated Delivery Windows
After your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines will depend on the shipping method you selected and your delivery location.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-5 business days after dispatch
Please be aware that all delivery estimates are approximate and may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions, inclement weather, customs clearance, or seasonal volume surges.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking details once your order has left our facility. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
Although we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery windows displayed on our product pages, occasional delays may occur. Nutrea cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from carrier issues, customs processing, inaccurate shipping details provided at checkout, or other factors outside our control.
Subscription Shipments
Orders placed through our subscription service follow the same processing and delivery timelines as standard one-time purchases. You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time via your customer portal.
Shipping Address Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reprocessing and reshipping may be subject to additional fees.
