Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following requirements must all be satisfied:

- Orders that have already been dispatched or fulfilled once the guarantee period has lapsed
- Any requests falling outside the scope of this policy
No exceptions will be made beyond the terms of this 30-day guarantee.
Subscription Terms
- If your purchase includes a subscription, it is your responsibility to manage or cancel it within the 30-day guarantee window. Renewal charges processed after this period are not eligible for a refund.
You are fully responsible for managing, adjusting, or canceling your subscription prior to its renewal date. Failure to do so does not qualify as grounds for a refund. - Subscription Purchases. Nutrea offers products available on a recurring subscription basis ("Subscription"), which will renew automatically unless you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file every 30 days, or at the delivery interval you select ("Billing Period"). By placing your initial subscription order, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the auto-renewal terms and this Subscription Policy.
- Canceling Your Subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time. To prevent a future recurring charge, cancellation must be completed before the final day of your current Billing Period. To cancel, contact our support team at support@nutrea.shop. Cancellations take effect at the close of the current Billing Period.
- Keeping Your Billing Details Current. You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information remains accurate, complete, and up to date at all times. This includes promptly updating details such as your billing address, card number, or expiration date. Please notify us immediately if your payment method is canceled or becomes invalid. You can update your information through your customer portal or by reaching out to our support team.
